The great design challenge was design to take place in the fourth quarter during the innovation unit. Each week students were given a different design task to work on. Some weeks they worked by themselves and others they worked in teams . Each of the designs challenges reflected on different levels of innovative thinking. Students might create something that was more technical one week and something that had to do with the outdoors the next week. This is what students came up with when put to the challenge.
